Video: Catch me If you can... Jaywon, Ice Prince & Phenom

It is still hard to believe that this video came out 2 months back... Where was I?
Jaywon thumbs up for knowing to team up with the 'bests' and for the catchy hook ' Catch me if you can'. +Iceprince Zamani thumbs up for not listening to haters when they wanted to fan you out of the game after your first album because quite honestly you know how to bring it.
Thumbs up to phenom for going hard on every track, I've loved this guy since 'Shuku bam bam'.
Jaywon does a lot of hand movement and it is impossible not to notice his blings... Nice one!

Video: Xteristics by Dammy Krane

Click this link below for the video...
                                                Dammy Krane - Xteristics

I think the video is quality and Dammy is very likable, He makes you have a smile on your face watching him and it has to do with his personality or face that makes you have a nice time... (I have liked him from Chidinma's Kedike video. He cracked me up with his 'prayer')
When I say the video is good, I am not being sentimental though. My favourite line is 'Big girl like you why are you shouting?'
... Do you love it much? :-)

Video: Good Good Loving with a dance called 'capable loving' dance

Yes People, It is a new one from Mr Capable (Banky W aka Mr W). It is titled Good good loving and this is the second video where Banky W tries to throw in some moves. If you look you'l see Lynxx, Shaydee and a lot of other artiste also... (I just wrote the ones I remembered) I personally think that Banky W should give a name to his kind of dance... for reasons best known to me I will prefer 'Capable Loving' as the name of his dance. Lets see if you can guess why I chose that

Laugh your heart out with me

These are two of my favorites, they never get stale for me. Enjoy!!

Ozzybosco: You should see this

Omo! I saw the video and I loved it, it was fun... I even imagined my primary school being like that and someone entering my class, all of us in the class dancing like that, I thought about it being fun but when I got to the part after the whole dancing when I got home and the report reached home that my class danced throughout *I am still thinking of my parents reaction hehehehehe*
This is the nice one from Ozzybosco and it makes for good entertainment.

Listen to this cool UK mix by Dee J Neyo

I am profiling this young man because he is an encouragement to me besides that a good DJ. It is common knowledge that when a doctor refers you to another doctor in his stead and says he is good then he must really good.
Yes, I know a lot of cool DJs and I am DJ myself. If you are tired of 'gba gba di ko ko' *laughing* then listen to some cool UK mix by this wonderful young man by clicking the link below... I know you will like it.
                                        Dee J Neyo's cool mix

Video: Wande Coal & Don Jazzy 'The Kick'

The video for the hit 'The Kick'... yea, I know it is not too recent but because one of my DJs (M.Cruz) loves this track, I will feature it... Nice Video by the way... Am I the only person who feels the video should have been titled The Kick (Ass Rmx -without Big Sean & Nicki :-)... Good rendition

Hi, I am back!!!! with Mr Timaya

This one made it here because it is recent, it has Timaya, Kaffy and some people dancing and nice visuals... I am just kidding. This is a new one from Timaya and though I do not know the meaning of Ekoloma demba, it will make an interesting watch... Feel it much? Drop me your comments

Toh Badt... Just listen to Harrysong ft Olamide's I'm in Love

I am a lover of good music and good videos that is why I will bring this song up even though it has been around since March this year (yea, older than my blog)... Oh my Lord, I love this song na na.

I personally think Harrysong is a 'crazily' talented artiste, I may not be able to lay my finger on what he does better but I am sure his lyrics never disappoint and I feel we should pay more attention to this guy and his music.
Olamide also brings it and as he does best, he brings the song closer home. This is a wonderful song, do listen na na.

Tillaman and his Army - It finally got to me

This is the remix of Koma Roll... The first time I listened to it the bass was up and it was the beats that came across deafeningly and enticing listeners to dance. Today I  listened to the song and these guys are so talented... No one disappointed & Phyno makes me wanna cry with how good he is (you do not need to be igbo to notice), Burna Boy should have no right to that kind of mesmerizing voice that blows me away constantly. Goodwork!!!
I still have to ask, Do you feel this song and video?

Ladies will love this...Priyanka Chopra & Pitbull in Exotic

OMG! Anyone with a body like this should be arrested for being too hot and anyone who is an Bollywood actress, a beauty queen, now a musician and has collaborations with Will.i.am and Pitbull definitely has Nigerian blood focus. If you doubt me, listen to the one below with Will.i.am and listen as she pronounces heverybody.
BTW, Our own Muna would have made the cut as she is a beauty queen and now entertainer.

Now do you see? *hahaha*

BankyW likes bad things *smiles*...

Banky sang Baddest boy with Wizkid and Skales, There he was the baddest boss. He sang Very Good Bad Guy (VGBG) with Sound sultan and he was a VGBG and now he has featured in Lynxx track and he was singing to the African Bad Girls. If adding bad is the key to singing nice songs then other entertainers better learn the secret. (hahaha, I am just being silly)

I know you love them, I love them too so click on the link below and enjoy the song. In my opinion, Lynxxtunu show me the videotunu *smiles and hides my face*

Lynxx ft BankyW African Bad Girl

I forgot to mention that whenever these guys collaborate they make very good music (something like Jay and Kanye Timbaland or Timberlake).
Listen to 'To my unborn child' and 'Alabukun'

His Mesmerizing Voice...BOJ ft. Lola Rae

I will just let the voice mesmerize you too... Lola Rae put in her good foot.
I certify this song good and if there is a video for it in future, I pray it blows my mind too like Flavour's Ada ada (I couldnt help but mention it again) *smiles and runs away*

Lola Rae and Iyanya

This is another lady who is loved even here in the United Kingdom, I remember DJing in an event and the ladies were asking for 'watch my ting go' and they rocked to it.
I have added a recent song which featured Iyanya. It is titled Fimile (Free me)... The sound is similar to watch my thing go, so if you liked that you will most likely like this one too.
As Usual, Do you feel this one too?

EME's Niyola - Appreciated by the industry or not?

When I say our music industry in Nigeria does not appreciate its female artists as well as it should, this is what I mean... but we are growing and getting there.
Niyola's rendition and dance was on point, maybe Lynxx's presence also did a little bit for me but overall, all 'intelligent entertainment inclined' person will be able to score this not less than a 7/10

In order to start an appreciation for female artists, I request that everyone should pick a day in a week when they listen to FEMCees do their thing for 2 hours. If you are wondering who to listen to get an Asa album or get Omawumi, Tiwa, Waje, Victoria Kimani, Sasha P, Mo'chedda etc song on your ipod and play it in your automobiles. Support the FEMCees.

This is My ish... Victoria Kimani ft MI (Oya)

I honestly believe the Nigerian (Music) Entertainment has not gotten to the stage where MCs and FEMCc are given the same stage and appreciated equally for their work. Yes, we going there but we are not there yet.
I happened to find a retweet of a fan's appreciation of Kimani and did a bit of homework on her, She is Chocolate city's 'Niyola', She is a kenyan who was born in LA and has a few songs to her credit.
I have chosen to bring her video for 'Oya' to you because it reeks of quality and I know you will love it.

The scenery is great, great voice, great quality of work plus MI... Enjoy

New one from Dr Sid... Love mine

Omo... I cant believe my luck, New music does not comes out regularly in Nigeria but when it does, If it is not inspired by a musical artist, it is inspired by comical artiste (the likes of Lasgidi NSCDC commandant, RSHA or even the lovely woman, I call petch petch).
Now to this song, the song is set in London but apart from that there is not really much more to say about the song as we already know he has a good voice. Oh, the acting is nice, the story line flowed. The settings all look like the entire video was made in just one very fine 'compound'.
I hear his girlfriend (Simi Osomo) is the motivation for this one. I hope the song grows on me cos currently, I am asking do you feel it? (you thought I would say something else?         *smiles & walks away*

A must see... Akpako Rmx (Terry G, DJ Ziggy ft RSHA)

I know the issue is serous but Nigerians are blessed with a unique blessing - finding a way to create fun using unpleasant situations.
I have been playing my oga at the top game. For those who do not know it, it is a game where the aim is to get as many 'ww.' or nscdc or das all's; any attempt to mistakenly get .com.ng will result in a reduction in game life.
The song choice is perfect, What do you think?

This is how my wedding should be

It beats me that I enjoyed this video and did not share it early, This is Flavour's new video for the song Ada Ada. It is a very colourful video showcasing Nigerian culture and specifically, The Igbo traditional wedding. If there was a video that 'the stars' that featured were given a prominent role, it was this. The utilisation of the strong points of 'the stars' is evident because Mr Ibu (John Okafor) killed it.
The story was not disjointed but flowed from start to finish, If there was a video I did not look for any fault consciously then it is this. Thumbs up to Flavour and his wonderful crew.

From Psquare Personally

You may have wondered why I have waited until now to put this one up, I am sure Nigeria does not need an introduction to who these guys are and what this song is but since I do this for the international community too. I have brought you the latest musical video from the duo (P square) it is titled Personally.
I tried to but couldnt fault this MJ tribute... maybe in 3 months, I may be able to see the flaws but for now enjoy it. meanwhile you can always go back to yesterday's post to see Ballack, Essien, Adebayor et al dance the Azonto

Wednesday, 10 July 2013

Enjoy...

Omo... This is to ensure you have fun.
I have a funny thought stuck in my head because of this video which features Ballack, Essien, Cisse, Adebayor et al dancing Azonto.
Now, dont you too think of Okocha, Kanu, Odemwingie, Mikel Obi, and all them Nigerian footballers dancing alanta and etighi?
Funny much?

Baby Jowo...

This is the remix of the original song by Victor Olaiya featuring 2face titled Baby mi da (Baby jowo).
There is just one lady used in the video and she challenges the stereotype of girls who we usually see in music videos. Why did I say that? 1. She has clothes on and 2. She is not toothpick or broom thin *hahaha*
Feel this one much?

This collaboration makes sense... I finally understood what it was all about, although it is easy for one to get confused but watching till the end does help. Anyways, who would not stick around till the end when the acting was on point (even better than some movies).

We always knew Waje had a powerful voice from way back 'Do me' by Psquare and D-black is good too, so people do you feel this?

Natural Something by Sound sultan

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M6P6MleornA
If you want to see the video for the song 'Natural Something', follow the link above.

This song has a story line and the beautiful story is acted out by Basket mouth, TY mix, IK Osakioduwa, DJ Jimmy Jatt, Chidi Mokeme who all did a good job by the way.
My Question will be feel this much?

If you know Iyanya and you heard 'kukere', 'your waist', 'sexy mama' and 'flavour'; you may be tempted to expect too much from this next one and rate it harshly.
This is Jombolo by Iyanya featuring Flavour n'abania, Are you feeling this?

Hey All

This will be my first post on my blog. I was finally convinced by a friend of mine (Dipo) who felt my time and talent were too precious to waste, so I dedicate this first post to talent, hobbies and good friends.
Enjoy this song because 'Obago' meaning it has entered.
